Alaska, Iditarod Adventure 2021 | $1750-2000 | MAR 4-11, 2021

Helping serve the world famous sled-dog race, then caring for the hungry; homeless; and disadvantaged in Anchorage.

Partnering with GraceWorks Alaska, this trip will require some strenuous activity. Saturday we'll drive to Willow, Alaska, site of the Iditarod re-start on Sunday, and set up the race. Others  will work as trail guards along the Saturday ceremonial race start
route in Anchorage. On Sunday, we'll be helping put the race on — setting every thing up, overseeing parking cars, working race security, serving as dog handlers, and tearing down and cleaning up after the race.
As you rub shoulders with race volunteers, mushers, and musher friends/families, it is a great time to
share your Faith.

Afterwards, we'll return to Anchorage and begin to go to work doing other things such as volunteering at Anchorage Food Bank for the Hungry, working with kids at the local Boys and Girls Clubs, shoveling snow for the elderly, building projects, serving in Homeless shelters, and working with children/youth in local parks after school.
